Biography

I came to Christ in 1991, at the age of 14, when I was in high school, living in Çorrovodë, a small city in south of Albania. Growing up in Albania before 1990, meant that at that age I was still a good girl, because our culture is very conservative and the family is very much respected. So, when I became a Christian, the whole issue that I had to face was somehow replacing my parents with God, which wasn't that easy because I wasn't always willing to give up my parents for God's sake. I didn't understand much about grace, until I really needed to ask forgiveness and remind myself for what happened at the cross. This happened later on and in the 1st year of University, in 1995, I definitely committed myself to Him. It's not enough once for all, so that's a commitment that I need to face daily, but that's when the fire really started. Since that 1st year of studies I never stopped praying for a job when I'd finish my studies on finances. God brought along great people. I was so much blessed to be able to be ministered from Campus Crusade for Christ and to minister with them during those years. Such a blessing indeed. Very close to the end of my studies, on 1999, my family moved to Tirana, the capital of Albania where I was actually studying, and I needed to find a job and help financially. So, I heard that Nathan Graves was looking for a secretary. Why not apply for a part-time job, but once I came for the interview and heard the vision that Nathan had for CCL, it grasped my heart immediately. Till that time I prayed that God would put in that place the right person, because I new they were Christians and didn't want to ruin a ministry if I was the wrong person for it, but after the interview, couldn't help it and prayed: God, me please! And He did. I started as a part-time secretary and in the fall of 1999 I started even the two year program of CCL. After being graduated from University I was involved more with the finances and administration work as an employee and even graduated from CCL in the summer of 2001. I got engaged more than a year ago to a wonderful fellow, Altin, whom is serving God as a youth pastor in a valley about 2 hours drive from Tirana and we plan to get married soon. Isn't He wonderful for blessing my life like this in the past 11 years!
