The Center for Christian Leadership of Albania

Our vision to reach the Balkans for Christ requires a laser-like focus to our mission. The Center for Christian Leadership is in the people development business. We equip, enable, and empower existing and emerging leaders to take initiative to plant grace-oriented Churches throughout Albania and beyond.

Leaders are people and people do not mature overnight. That is why in the mid-1990's both national Albanian leaders and missionaries thought it necessary for the Center for Christian Leadership to exist. In August of 1999, the CCL opened its doors. The CCL is unique in that it accepts only a handful of students. Developing people takes mentoring, coaching, and time. The CCL is responding to the need in the Albanian church by providing:

• Mentor-based development
• Bible-centered curriculim
• Vocational training in English and computers
• Study in each book of the Bible

You see, by developing quality leaders the quality followers will follow. Our mission is to recruit and train young leaders who will then plant churches, Albanians reaching Albanians.

In addition to our residential program, the CCL assists Christian leaders and the Albanian Church in other ways as well.

• Frequent Seminars
• Advanced Studies

However fine and excellent the above services are, they are simply a means to an end. Our goal, our dream, our passion is to see a healthy, gracious, and vibrant church take hold and spread throughout the Balkans. The development of leaders is a strategic choice to achieve that vision.
